SMS consent and opt-in
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring text messages from Prospekt related to playlist updates, voice content, and patron communications. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of any membership tier. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
How to opt out
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP you will receive a confirmation and will not receive further texts unless you opt in again. For help, reply HELP or contact us at support@prospekt.fm.

Through the SMS program we collect your mobile phone number, your consent record (date and method of opt-in), and the content of messages you send to and receive from us.

We retain your mobile number and consent records for as long as you remain opted in, and as needed to comply with legal obligations. If you opt out, we retain a record of your opt-out to honor your request.
